During a search I found the Mae West film - She Done Him Wrong (1933)

http://www.archive.org/details/She_Done_Him_Wrong

Is this really a PD film?

In any case this film file was obviously ripped from a recent Universal DVD and is probably a restored print. (Even though this was originally a Paramount film, The current Universal logo sequence is at the beginning of the movie and a Microvision sequence at the end which I assume did the remastering).

I tried several times over the last few years to get this one removed. No one would respond through the forums or the direct archive email link. Hope you have better luck.

There is also another Mae West one here (can't remember the name right off hand) that I also think is not PD.

So is it still under copyright? On IMDB it says Universal own this film along with all of Paramount's film from that era.
